Tami McQueen
Tami is the Vice President of Marketing for Panoramic Ventures.
As a builder, founder, and operator, Tami has sat on both sides of the table at hyper-growth organizations. Her expertise is deeply rooted in B2B software and tech-enabled services businesses, from go-to-market initiatives to building process-driven, scalable, and repeatable marketing models.
Prior to joining Panoramic, Tami helped build the community for digital events at SaaStr, the world’s largest community of SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs.
Prior to her leap into entrepreneurship as co-founder of 31south, Tami joined one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups in the U.S. as the first marketing hire at Salesloft. She helped lead the company through Series A to B fundraising rounds and pioneered the Rainmaker conference.
She has also led Global Social Strategy for Women Who Code, the largest and most active community of engineers dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers.
Over a decade, she has worked with some of the world’s most innovative brands, including ActionIQ, Agility Recovery, Boeing, Cognism, Digital Hands, ilos, Keyfactor, Major League Rugby, SaaStr, Sendoso, Tricentis, and Women Who Code.
Tami graduated from Murray State University, earning her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. She was a four-year NCAA D1 tennis athlete, scholarship recipient, and a McNair Scholar.
Tami is an advisor for the Atlanta Tech Village, a mentor for Techstars, the co-host of two podcasts, and a speaker at SXSW, Techstars, and a moderator for SaaStr digital events.
Outside the office, Tami is an advisor to Rugby ATL. Major League Rugby is a professional sports league representing the highest rugby competition in North America. On Saturdays, she’s the sideline reporter for MLR, broadcast on The Rugby Network, FS1, and FS2. She also serves on the board for the Rugby ATL Foundation.
