Vendormate was a fast growing solutions company whose technology suite and service enabled healthcare providers and suppliers to form efficient and effective strategic relationships.

Its software and service suite improved the procurement cycle for providers as measured by higher compliance to regulatory and internal controls requirements and achieving higher performance on procurement and vendor management key performance indicators. Vendormate helped suppliers improve their go-to-market processes and to efficiently comply with providers’ vendor policies and regulatory requirements.

In January 2011, Vendormate was sold to Primus Capital.
