EmpowHR has served employers since the early 2000s with technology enabling the administration of employee benefit programs.
Employees have access to a secure, personalized online portal allowing 24/7 access to the menu of benefit programs offered by their employer.
They may enroll, make plan adjustments as needed during the year and participate in the yearly “open enrollment” process all from their EmpowHR account. Employers may track enrollment activity, generate employee updates and reminders and update insurance company systems automatically with enrollment data.
